The terms governing the supply of exclusive commercial energy leads to UK brokers.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by BUSINESS ENERGY LIMITED, trading as Commercial Energy Leads ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing leads or using our website you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
"Leads" means UK business energy prospect data supplied by us. "Client" means the UK business energy broker, consultant or procurement company purchasing Leads. "Services" means the supply of Leads and any related services.
3. Lead Supply Service
We generate and supply exclusive, GDPR-compliant commercial energy leads to UK business energy brokers. Leads are delivered in real time by CRM push, webhook, or CSV as agreed with the Client.
4. Ordering Process
Orders are placed by written agreement (email or contract) specifying volume, criteria and delivery method. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance by bank transfer or card. Prepaid balances are drawn down as Leads are delivered. Invoices are due on receipt.
6. Delivery Times
Leads are delivered in real time, typically within seconds of capture. Volume pacing is agreed per campaign. We do not guarantee fixed daily volume unless expressly stated in writing.
7. GDPR Compliance
All Leads are generated with lawful basis and clear consent for third-party contact by energy brokers. We maintain full audit trails, IP, timestamp and consent language for every Lead.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, systems and lead-generation methodology are the property of BUSINESS ENERGY LIMITED and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Refund Policy
Prepaid balances are non-refundable once campaign delivery has commenced. Unused balances may be applied to future campaigns at our discretion.
10. Replacement Policy
Leads reported within 72 hours as invalid (wrong number, no such business, or not a decision maker) are eligible for free replacement, subject to reasonable verification.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability in respect of any Lead or order is limited to the amount paid for that Lead or order. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, or indirect losses.
12. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services.
13. Acceptable Use
Leads must be contacted only for lawful business energy quotation, procurement and renewal purposes, and in compliance with PECR, GDPR and TPS/CTPS rules.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
